Job summary

Talener represents a global alternative investment firm with more than $40 billion AUM, seeking a Salesforce Developer in Boston. You’ll design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, and you’ll drive integrations and declarative automation to support core business processes.

Hybrid work in Boston—4 days on site—plus collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and triggers.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, data modeling, and automation.
• REST/SOAP API integrations and system integrations.
• Familiarity with InvestorFlow or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Develop and support API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work within and extend the InvestorFlow managed package.
• Troubleshoot custom code, integrations, and platform performance.
• Support new Salesforce implementations and onboarding of business units.
