Job summary

You’ll design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, and you’ll drive integrations and declarative automation to support core business processes.

Hybrid work in Boston—4 days on site—plus collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and triggers.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, data modeling, and automation.
• REST/SOAP API integrations and system integrations.
• Familiarity with InvestorFlow or financial services is a plus.

This role combines hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration, focusing on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation to support critical business processes.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation.
• Develop and support API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work within and extend the InvestorFlow managed package.
• Troubleshoot custom code, integrations, and platform performance.
• Support new Salesforce implementations and business units onboarding to the platform.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, including classes and triggers.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flows, data modeling, and declarative automation experience.
• REST/SOAP API and integration experience.
• Experience with Git, deployments, debugging, and Salesforce platform best practices.
• InvestorFlow, Salesforce Platform Developer certification, financial services, or private equity experience is a plus.

Compensation:

$130K base salary
