Duration: 12 Months (Extension Likely)

Required Skills
- 15+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex, and Salesforce APIs at a large organization.
- 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce point-and-click configuration using flows, validation rules, sales process setup, security (roles, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, sharing rules), reports, and dashboards at a large organization.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
- Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience. Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical leader within the Salesforce CRM platform, promoting best practices and driving excellence.
- Mentor and upskill team members through knowledge transfer sessions, paired programming, and technical workshops.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams, guide architectural decisions, and foster continuous improvement in Salesforce development practices.
- Develop customized solutions by analyzing project objectives, creating customer workflows, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce standards.
- Establish and maintain development guidelines, lead code reviews, and create learning resources to elevate team expertise.
- Work extensively with Salesforce CRM platforms, demonstrate strong application development skills, and solve complex software problems while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
