Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Salesforce Application Programmer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and more. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-centered, secure applications that improve patient, provider, and staff experiences.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Apex, LWC, and modern Salesforce tools while aligning with development standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Salesforce solutions including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SQL and APIs.
• Knowledge of integration standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth, HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with modern development tools including Git, GitHub, VS Code, Jira, and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions. You'll work across a modern Salesforce ecosystem that includes Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, leveraging both declarative and custom development approaches.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on a quarterly basis at the minimum or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the “home office” location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $98,200 - $214,600 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.
