Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The role requires Apex and Flow development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This hybrid position requires availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders across a federal contracting context.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success.
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
  • Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio tools.
  • Develop and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadata.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable components.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standards.
  • Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be generally available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
  • Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
  • Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
  • Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
  • Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
  • Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
