Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce Field Service product knowledge and Salesforce development experience.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I is required.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JS Developer I) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.
• Update Salesforce data models to support new development.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and technical platform considerations.
