Job summary

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a Salesforce Developer II to deliver end-to-end Salesforce enhancements and integrations, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate across product, admin, integration, and marketing operations teams, leveraging Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to enable personalization, segmentation, and activation across channels.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing medium-to-large features with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow;

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Salesforce development experience delivering production solutions.
• Strong hands-on ability in Apex, LWC, SOQL optimization.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud concepts and how they relate to CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement medium-to-large Salesforce enhancements using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and async patterns.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to enable SFMC use cases and data synchronization.
