Job summary

iO Associates seeks a Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Architect on a contractual basis to lead enterprise-scale Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementations in North Carolina. You will shape solution architecture, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will mentor developers, oversee integrations with ERP/CRM and payments, and guide pre-sales activities while delivering robust, scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions.

Qualifications

My client, a leading Salesforce consultancy delivering complex Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Transformation programmes across North Carolina and is looking for a Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Architect to join their growing team on a contractual basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Salesforce CPQ implementations, working with global clients to design scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives. You’ll act as the technical lead, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape the future of clients’ Salesforce Revenue platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Design scalable Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions covering product catalogues, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, and billing processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise across Salesforce architecture, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and complex integrations.
• Experience designing product catalogues, pricing models, discounting, approvals, contracts, and order management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, or Revenue Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Consulting experience and client-facing delivery background preferred.
