Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools first, with code when needed.
• Develop Apex and Lightning Web Components for custom needs.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage data model, permissions, sharing, and security settings.
• Enforce code quality, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release coordination across environments.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and fix defects.
• Create audit-ready technical docs and deployment notes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide delivery estimates.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases to plan improvements.
