Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud - Remote

This position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience and skills.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to enhance business and patient services operations. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that improve patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency. Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare data models, integration with external systems, and compliance with healthcare regulations are essential.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex Code, and SOQL, ensuring performance and reliability.
  2. Customize Salesforce solutions including objects, workflows, validation rules, and security models, aligning with architecture standards.
  3. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other healthcare systems, likely using Mulesoft.
  4. Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
Periodic Responsibilities
  1. Create technical solutions aligned with business needs, utilizing Salesforce platform capabilities.
  2. Manage data integrity, perform audits, and develop reports and dashboards for insights.
  3. Develop technical documentation and provide end-user training and support.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions and optimize user experience.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with FHIR, HL7, REST/SOAP APIs for healthcare integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and Mulesoft platform.
  • Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and understanding healthcare compliance (HIPAA) is a plus.
Education, Certifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 1 year specializing in Health Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Javascript Developer, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Mulesoft Developer, or Hyperautomation Specialist are required.
  • Health Cloud Super Badge or Partner certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Remote work environment with prolonged sitting, keyboarding, speaking, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Flexible working hours supporting EST to PST zones.
