Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Education Cloud and Experience Cloud to support ongoing development and sustainment work. The ideal candidate will have a blend of admin and development experience, with a history of working in K12 or higher education environments. This role will focus on enhancing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support educational institutions and their unique business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a focus on Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues in existing Salesforce environments.

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations and customizations.

Support sustainment efforts, including bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices.

Skills And Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong foundation in Sales and Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Education Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Background in Salesforce administration, with a transition into development roles.

Experience supporting sustainment-based Salesforce work, including both development and admin tasks.

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products. Experience in K12 education, higher education, or non-profit/state/local government sectors.

Knowledge of Blackthorn.io and Education Data Architecture (EDA).

Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.

Salesforce certifications are appreciated but not required. null
