Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development in a highly customized environment.
Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Person Accounts and integrating external systems via APIs.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent Salesforce training/certs).
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Developer II preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop & customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, and Flows.
Collaborate with an external Salesforce Architect and internal staff to define features.
Integrate Salesforce with other platforms via APIs and third-party tools.
Provide top-tier technical support and resolve complex user and platform issues.
Document system architecture and perform QA/regression testing.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and propose enhancements.
