Podium exists to help local businesses win. Using Podium, local businesses can simplify the way they communicate with their customers—from collecting payments to facilitating online reviews to launching marketing campaigns, and much more.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will optimize internal systems, build scalable data storage and code, and collaborate on the Billing Migration to Zuora, Salesforce Billing, and Netsuite with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Proven success as a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years experience.
Strong background in CRM and ERP technologies.
Experience with API Integrations to Payments and Taxation platforms (Stripe, Avalara).
Passion for delivering valuable, meaningful and data-driven solutions.
Proficient ability to understand and use code versioning tools such as Gitlab.
Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Optimize internal systems and operations around Salesforce.com.
Provide scalable data storage methods and code for Podium’s growing business.
Participate in building the Podium Business Applications Department.
Maintain and improve development and deployment processes.
Participate in code reviews.
Develop on the Force.com platform using APEX, SOQL, and Lightning.
Plan, manage and execute systems projects.
Build and maintain integrations with vendor applications and the Podium product.
Create patterns and contribute to the standard patterns repo.
Own development efforts in Billing Migration (Zuora to Salesforce Billing + Netsuite).
Work with a dedicated team to build a best in class Order to Cash flow across multiple systems.
Identify technical debt and prioritize long term solutions.
