About the Role

ClickHouse is hiring a Salesforce Developer with deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to support its go-to-market teams. This role will focus on building scalable automations, managing system integrations, and optimizing CRM processes across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations functions. The position is suited for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and building solutions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce platform development and configuration
Build scalable automations using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external platforms via APIs, middleware, or custom code
Oversee data governance, accuracy, and compliance within CRM systems
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Manage DevOps processes, including testing, deployment, and version control (GitHub, Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools)
Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and usability
Maintain documentation and support cross-functional training
Handle ongoing system operations, user support, and continuous enhancements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs)
Proven background in building scalable solutions in fast-paced SaaS environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object models, and security
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms or APIs
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II preferred)
Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud use cases
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Passion for process automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with GTM tools such as Stripe, Marketo, or data warehouses
Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Tableau, and intelligent process automation platforms
