Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Salesforce Developer to perform hands-on development and configuration across our Salesforce environments. You will build well-tested solutions from defined requirements, extend our integrations with other business systems, and help keep the platform stable and performing well.

You will work closely with senior developers, admins, and business analysts, with room to grow into more complex design work over time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (SOAP, REST, BULK) and third‑party tools.
Hands-on with Lightning Web Components and at least one cloud (Sales, Service, CPQ, or Field Service).
GIT-based version control; exposure to CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy high-quality applications using Apex, LWCs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Develop and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems via Web Services and APIs.
Write unit tests and participate in QA and UAT cycles.
Investigate defects and data issues, documenting findings clearly.
Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
