Qualifications

• Experience with Apex/LWC development on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Knowledge of SOQL and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues and supporting users.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform capabilities.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Support ongoing platform enhancements, bug fixes, user requests, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as the primary internal resource for day‑to‑day Salesforce development and administration.
• Partner with an external Salesforce consulting team on larger projects and integrations.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations, data imports/exports, and API-based solutions as needed.
• Maintain system documentation and follow development best practices.
