Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer in a full-time remote role. You will resolve production incidents, drive system improvements, and deliver quality code while collaborating with Scrum teams.

You will work on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, monitor queues, and partner with Product Owners to design and onboard new features while maintaining performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Cloud experience (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI and web services APIs.
• Proven background in production support and business operation recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability
• Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability
• Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements
• Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while adhering to design patterns and performance optimization standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, and web service APIs
• Proven background in production support and business operation recovery
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• US Citizenship and residency in the US mainland (visa sponsorship is not available)
