Job summary

Perfict is seeking a senior Salesforce contractor to architect and implement a comprehensive Salesforce solution, moving from Excel/PDF workflows to a robust record-centric model. You will design custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts while leveraging Flows for rollups and reconciliation screens.

Lead development of dashboards, Experience Cloud portal (LWC), Apex logic, and data migration. Strong preference for Platform Developer II and certifications; 5–7 years of experience

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced Flow expertise (record-triggered and screen flows).
• Apex development (triggers, classes, test classes with 75%+ coverage).
• SOQL fluency and efficient data modeling.
• Release management via Change Sets or DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (minimum).
• Experience Cloud / LWC on portals is highly preferred.
• Platform Developer II or Application Architect credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Variance flag logic and automated alerts
• Dashboards across multiple audiences (per-record, operator workbench, portfolio-level)
• Lightning Web Component portal on Experience Cloud
• Apex controllers, automated calculation logic, and data migratio
