IDR, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a remote opportunity to support and enhance critical Salesforce applications across a large organization. You will work with stakeholders and distributed teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver fixes, and improve platform functionality.

Responsibilities include production support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, data fixes, and UAT assistance. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and experience with Git/Salesforce DX is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including application support and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience providing production support, including incident management, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform development best practices.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git and Salesforce DX.

In this role, you’ll support and enhance critical Salesforce applications used by a large, complex organization, ensuring stability, performance, and a great end-user experience. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and distributed support teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver fixes, and improve platform functionality.
