Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or relevant verifiable work experience; or relevant verifiable work.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong and demonstrated understanding of declarative and programmatic coding, including, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. The ideal candidate will also have 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
Critical Action Items: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing management of our Salesforce platform. This role requires technical collaboration with a small team of developers contributing hands‑on to the development process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving technological innovation within the organization.
