Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and automation while ensuring governance, documentation, and production support across the lifecycle.

You will work cross-functionally, focusing on secure coding, API development, and integration with external systems. Remote work available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on Salesforce with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• API development on Salesforce including custom Apex REST/SOAP services and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 on Salesforce, including connected apps and auth flows.
• Experience with asynchronous Apex and governor limits.
• Secure coding on Salesforce: CRUD/FLS and SOQL injection prevention.
• Proficient with SFDX and Git.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via middleware or direct APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom invocable Apex actions and API surface.
• Build and maintain Apex REST services per versioning guidelines.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication flows in line with security standards.
• Manage the delivery pipeline through SFDX and automated Apex test execution.

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and improve platform capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, integrations, and automation. The position also plays an important part in delivery governance, documentation, and production support across the development lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop custom invocable Apex actions and logic for an API surface
• Build and maintain Apex REST services according to versioning guidelines
• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication flows in line with security standards
• Manage the delivery pipeline through SFDX and automated Apex test execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Document design decisions, architecture diagrams, and API documentation
• Diagnose production issues using logs and debug tools, offering solutions based on team reviews

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 on Salesforce, including connected apps and authentication flows
• Experience with asynchronous Apex programming and understanding of Salesforce governor limits
• Secure coding competency on the Salesforce platform, familiar with CRUD/FLS and SOQL injection prevention
• Proficient in source-driven development using SFDX and Git
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, leveraging middleware or direct API integrations
