Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Principal Developer to lead architecture, design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions in a Plano, Texas environment.

You will mentor a team of developers, oversee Apex/Lightning/Visualforce implementations, and drive integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and ETL tools. The role emphasizes performance optimization, security, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience, 8 years in Salesforce development.
• 3+ years experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Platform Developer 2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high‑quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and system architecture requirements.
• Oversee the development, customization and deployment of Salesforce components (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations).
• Design and manage integrations with third‑party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance for high availability and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, product managers and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to Salesforce development team members

Experience

• 10+ years total experience, 8 years in Salesforce development
• 3+ years experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Platform Developer 2 certification

Technical Knowledge and Experience

• Salesforce Objects configuration
• Apex classes, triggers, batch, scheduled, queueable Apex, and test classes
• SOQL and SOSL
• Visualforce and Lightning Components (including LWC)
• JavaScript, App Builder configuration
• Process Builder, Flow, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules
• REST API and SOAP API
• App Builder Configuration

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high‑quality delivery and adherence to best practices
• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and system architecture requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform Events
