Role – Product Owner (Digital)

Location – REMOTE 100%

Duration – Long term contract (W2 Contract)

Interview - WebEx/Video Interview

End Client – AmFam (American Family Insurance)

Base Pay Range

$50.00/hr - $57.00/hr

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage backlog and meet with IT (the more Sitecore development background the better), prioritize Sitecore release schedule.
• Keep the Sitecore work moving forward while partnering with IT.
• This is more of a Technical Product Manager or TPM role.
• Sitecore migration experience is crucial; experience creating Sitecore templates would be a huge advantage and any exposure to Sitecore development would be a massive plus.
• All work will be customer-facing.

Must Haves:

• Things are changing all the time - need to be flexible, open-minded, good with ambiguity, transparency, and being able to say no as needed.
• Must be adaptable.
• Strong communication skills – will be asked to provide status updates to their Product Manager, Scott von Rueden, and Director, Renee Porter, as well as AVP, Christy Rogers.
• Someone from a SAFe Agile background is helpful - experience with PI planning.
• Think strategically and prioritize the work (here are the top 3 things to work on).
• Will use Jira and Confluence for tracking work progress.
• Needs to be senior, can work independently and make decisions as needed.
• Focused on a lot of optimization projects.
