As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our mission of providing exceptional legal services. Responsibilities:

Customization & Development: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Customize objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
Process Automation: Automate business processes through Flows, Workflow Rules, Apex triggers, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Data & System Management: Import and optimize data while ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, managing updates and releases to ensure the platform operates smoothly.
Reporting, Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Integration & API Management: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and manage third‑party applications to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
Testing, Security & Compliance: Conduct unit testing, write scalable and secure code, ensure code coverage for deployment, and implement security measures such as sharing rules, and history tracking.
User & Access Management: Create, maintain, and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access control.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years serving as a Salesforce developer in previous roles.
Advanced Salesforce platform knowledge, including declarative features and customization options.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
