Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support critical child welfare applications and the next-generation CT-KIND system. You will work with the DCF Information Systems team and the System Integrator on existing Salesforce apps and new development, ensuring knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Salesforce development.

• Experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, CRUD operations, and configuration.

• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Job Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support its mission‑critical child welfare applications and the development of the next-generation.

The selected candidate will work with the DCF Information Systems team and the System Integrator to support existing custom Salesforce applications, participate in the development lifecycle of the new CT‑KIND system, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and ongoing application maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Salesforce design patterns and application architecture.
• Experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce Pages.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, CRUD operations, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with .NET, OOP, and Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Strong SQL and end‑to‑end web development experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and abstract thinking skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and mentor less experienced developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise applications.
• Experience with application integration and complex SDLC environments.
