Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications including Apex, Visualforce, and integration points with Mule ESB and ETL pipelines.

The role involves collaborating with onsite teams, providing technical guidance, estimating stories, and supporting production releases while adhering to best practices and governor limits. Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including technical customization and development.
• Proven expertise in Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, and advanced components.
• Experience with Mule ESB or ETL integrations (minimum of 3-4 integrations), ideally supporting large enterprise implementations involving significant customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for design and development.
• Ability to provide accurate Story point estimates and design solutions.
• Experience in supporting production releases and resolving issues outside standard working hours.
• Extensive knowledge of deployment processes, release management, and Metadata API.
• Experience building integrations using web services API.
• Able to review and optimize code, ensuring system governor limits are respected.
• Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issues.
• Demonstrated capability to work within Agile and onsite/offshore models.
• At least one Salesforce certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain and improve existing automation scripts.
