The 4As, a national non-profit voice for the American advertising agency community, seeks a Salesforce Data & Operations Coordinator. The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and operational support within Salesforce/Nimble AMS, advancing member data accuracy and accessibility.

Entry-level technical position reporting to the Nimble Database Manager. You will import/export data, build reports, document procedures, and grow Salesforce expertise in a mission-driven association environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce; hands-on experience (including coursework, internships, or Trailhead) strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification a plus — not required; support for certification provided.
• Comfort working with data: importing, exporting, cleaning, and organizing large record sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data preparation and review.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Familiarity with trade associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit environments is a plus.
• Experience with Nimble AMS, or willingness to learn association management systems.
• Occasional travel required for meetings and on-site event support.

Aufgaben

• Perform bulk data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader or similar tools.
• Execute manual record updates and data corrections within Salesforce/Nimble AMS.
• Identify and resolve duplicate records; support ongoing deduplication efforts.
• Support Data Health projects, including data scrubbing and validation.
• Monitor data integrity and flag inconsistencies to the Nimble Database Manager.
• Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Pull and format data for staff requests, leadership reviews, and membership communications.
• Assist with tracking member rosters, engagement data, and participation records.
• Create and maintain SOPs and step-by-step documentation for recurring data processes.
• Document workflow configurations, field mappings, and data standards for team reference.
• Assist in the development of training materials for staff Salesforce users.
• Provide basic end-user support and troubleshooting for staff questions about Salesforce.
• Support configuration of custom fields and objects under the direction of the Nimble Database Manager.
• Assist with testing and QA for system updates, new features, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate with Business Units on data requests and operational needs.
• Respond to member support requests related to data and Salesforce access, and assist with other duties as needed to support team and organizational goals.
