Responsibilities:

• Champion the integration and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud services, providing supplementary support for SFMC when necessary.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Remain at the forefront of Salesforce Data Cloud technology, ensuring the adoption of new features and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to align Salesforce Data Cloud solutions with client business processes.
• Deliver clear, effective communication to clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud with occasional guidance on SFMC.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges within Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Develop detailed documentation for Salesforce Data Cloud projects to support ongoing success and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively seek enhancements in Salesforce Data Cloud configurations for performance improvements.
• Ensure fluid integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with diverse systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud platform architecture and development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, with working knowledge of SFMC.
• Demonstrated ability in crafting and implementing data-centric solutions in a Salesforce environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring junior developers.
• Proven capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
