Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep Data Cloud (Data 360) and Marketing Cloud expertise to lead end-to-end solution architecture and actively implement. You will design data streams, profiles, segmentation, calculated insights, and audience activations.

You will oversee Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations and lead Marketing Cloud implementations using Data Extensions, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Experience designing data streams, DLOs/DMOs, identity resolution, segmentation, and calculated insights.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution architecture and contribute to complex development.

Looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in both Data Cloud (Data 360) and Marketing Cloud. Must be capable of leading end-to-end solution architecture while actively contributing to technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Design data streams, DLOs, DMOs, mappings, and identity resolution.
• Build customer profiles, segmentation, calculated insights, and audience activations.
• Design Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Lead Marketing Cloud implementations using Data Extensions, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Define scalable architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical delivery.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Deep expertise in Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Experience with DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, segmentation, and calculated insights.
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Data Cloud–Marketing Cloud integrations, APIs, and data synchronization.
• Strong SQL and customer data modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Next experience.
• MuleSoft or other integration platform experience.
• Healthcare or financial services experience.

Key Requirement:

Must be a hands-on Architect who can own solution design, make technical decisions, guide implementation, and personally contribute to complex Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud development—not just architecture or advisory work.
