Job summary

Bluvium Technologies seeks an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team for a long-term role. You will design CPQ applications, customize with Apex and LWC, and manage end-to-end production support for US-based clients.

You will handle CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and quote generation while troubleshooting issues and coordinating with stakeholders across time zones. Immediate joiners preferred; PAN-India/WFO practices may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, Apex, LWC & Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support / application support is helpful.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of CPQ processes, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote generation.
• Experience handling production incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in IST and PST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce CPQ applications, involving customization and integrations.
• Provide L2/L3 production support across mentioned tech-stack for developed applications.
• Investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Write backend code using Apex (classes, triggers, and batch processing etc.) and front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, wherever necessary.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, configuration, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process/product improvements.
• Support releases, deployments, and production changes as required.
• Maintain proper documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issues.
• Work proactively to ensure system stability and availability.
