The Role: Senior Software Developer (Salesforce Developer)

The Team: Our team is responsible for the design, architecture, and development of one of the largest Salesforce Revenue Cloud Implementations in the world.
The Impact: The candidate would be a technical lead who will assist with new feature design, code review, quality assurance, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ (Formerly Steelbrick) and Billing including Tax and Subledger integrations.
- Experience with Amendments, Cancellations, Product Rules, Pricing Rules, CPQ Pricing Scripts, Advanced Approvals, Vertex Integration, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Payments.
- Strong integration knowledge including REST and SOAP protocols, platform strategies for integration with systems like Batch Schedulers, Queueable jobs, etc.
- Knowledge of Lightning components, application, events, and component communication is an advantage.
- Expertise in CPQ Product Modeling and its impact on quoting and billing.
- Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, SDLC, and coding methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coaching, code review, and user interaction.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, DHTML.
- Experience with debugging methods like Anonymous Code execution and working with logs.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Autorabbit, Flowsum) and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and take responsibility for work execution.
- Experience in producing system design documents and leading technical walkthroughs.
- Ability to produce high-quality code and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Commitment to continuous architecture improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of application development experience using Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, DHTML.
- Experience with Salesforce API, SOAP messaging, Platform Events, and ETL integrations.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Agile and Test-driven development.
- Experience in regulated financial industry and SOX compliance.
- Hands-on APEX development experience.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Leadership, training, and mentoring abilities.
- Some leadership experience.
Compensation: 130k - 170k USD/year, plus bonuses and benefits, varies by location, experience, education, etc.
