Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for CG Cloud implementations.

This hybrid role allows work from Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and New York. You will partner with program managers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions, including Visit Planning, Visit Execution, and Retail Store objects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with at least 2 years focused on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect
• Hands-on experience with Visit Planning, Visit Execution, and Retail Store objects within Salesforce.
• Deep knowledge of CG Cloud offline mobile architecture, sync conflict resolution, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience leading technical design reviews, governance, and architecture decision records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation projects.
• Partner closely with Program Managers and business stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design complex solutions involving Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, and Assessments.
• Ensure optimal performance and offline mobile architecture, including sync conflict resolution and performance tuning for field users.
• Guide integration architecture across SAP S/4, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud to support enterprise-wide data consistency.

As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Technical Architect, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Locations: This is a hybrid role, candidate can work from Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, New York office.

Pay Range: $130,000 - 170,000 (PTO/401k/Benefits)
