Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Run the customer workshop for requirements & Design
• Document the user stories – Convert Business needs into technical requirements
• Demo the Salesforce solution during workshop
• Must have experience on Agentforce, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Implementation
• Hands‑on on Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, LWC, Approvals, Entitlements, Screen flows, etc.
• Nice to have hands‑on experience on Salesforce‑based ITSM solutions such as Remedyforce, SAManage, Cadalys, ITSC, etc.
• Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.
• Can mentor a team for Technical solutions.
• Collaborate on user stories and drive task assignment & execution by using DevOps principles and best practices
• Release Management experience for moving Salesforce components between Orgs using DevOps tools.
