We're looking for Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing e-commerce solutions, specifically with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. As an E-commerce Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and technical implementation of complex e-commerce platforms to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performance digital commerce experiences. Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to meet business requirements.
• Lead and guide a team of developers and other technical resources in the development, customization, and optimization of e-commerce websites and applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-level architectural designs, including component diagrams, solution blueprints, and integration designs.
• Implement best practices in e-commerce development, including performance optimization, security standards, and SEO.
• Collaborate with development teams to create APIs, middleware, and data flows for ecommerce ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and engineers on the team.
• Define technical requirements for system integration and work on API integration between e-commerce platforms and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, etc.).
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance e-commerce site speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in e-commerce technology, recommending innovative solutions to improve business operations and user experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and legal regulations for e-commerce platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Client facing or consulting experience (must be comfortable communicating with clients in person and on video)
• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce platform architecture, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Expertise in system integrations, including API development, third-party tool integrations, and cloud-based solutions
• Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable and high-performance e-commerce architectures for large enterprises
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including UI/UX design principles, performance optimization, and security protocols
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce features, including customizations, templates, and extensions
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
