What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for Sales Operations, AI, and Automations
• Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications and manage complex integrations with external systems
• Define data modeling, sharing/security architecture, and performance optimization strategies
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish architecture governance and facilitate executive-level solution reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture, solution design, and hands-on development
• Expertise in Apex programming and strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience designing and managing API integrations and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both executives and technical teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II
• Experience with AI technologies like Einstein Copilot and Agentforce
