Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Healthcare

Location: Remote

Mode: Contract To Hire

Work Timings: 3 PM - 12 PM IST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Salesforce Business Analyst with healthcare experience to

support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze operational

workflows, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and help optimize patient

engagement, and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working in

healthcare environments and strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or similar platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to gather and document

business requirements.

  • Analyze healthcare workflows and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce

Health Cloud and related tools.

  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support system

enhancements and integrations.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design patient-centric

solutions.

  • Support initiatives related to order intake and order journey.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training across operational

teams.

  • Ensure data privacy and HIPAA compliance across all Salesforce implementations.
  • Monitor and measure the success of Salesforce solutions and make recommendations

for improvement.

  • Ensure Salesforce configuration complies with business policies and best practices.
  • Support data integrity and data migration efforts.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features.

Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance (e.g.,

HIPAA).

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar healthcare CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
