What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes
- Facilitate customer-facing meetings for requirements solicitation and user acceptance testing
- Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to customers
- Create and verify test scenarios, test cases, and manage the defect lifecycle
- Participate in daily scrums and product increment planning with the project team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business processes and testing
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Candidate must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or healthcare experience
- Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or Scrum Master
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and teams
- Familiarity with JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
