What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes
  • Facilitate customer-facing meetings for requirements solicitation and user acceptance testing
  • Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to customers
  • Create and verify test scenarios, test cases, and manage the defect lifecycle
  • Participate in daily scrums and product increment planning with the project team

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business processes and testing
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Candidate must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or healthcare experience
  • Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or Scrum Master
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
