Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in public services. In this role, you will gather requirements from departments, create user stories and functional specifications, and lead user training sessions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This remote position may require occasional onsite meetings in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• Experience in public-sector permitting/service requests is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Salesforce Business Analyst (Public Services)
