What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud enhancements aligned with evolving program needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to support adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years working specifically with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) to support collaboration with technical teams
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) from a business requirements perspective
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification
