Job summary

CLOUD ANALYTICS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The role focuses on eliciting business needs through workshops, documenting requirements, and delivering BRDs, data models and technical specs.

The ideal candidate will work with integrations, data migration considerations, UML and Agile/Scrum processes to drive successful implementations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
• Experience with CPQ and declarative tools
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis
• Agile/Scrum experience welcome

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings
• Produce BRDs, user stories, process maps and data models
• Define technical specifications and data requirements for integrations and migrations
• Support validation, testing and stakeholder sign-off
