Dew Softech, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce/AWS DevOps Engineer to lead Copado-driven release pipelines and optimize CI/CD across Salesforce teams.

The role focuses on automation, metadata management, and secure deployments within a hybrid on-site/in-person model in Trenton, NJ. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations to enhance monitoring, enforce quality gates, and streamline change governance across production infra.

Qualifications

• Must have Copado and automated Salesforce release management.
• Hands-on Salesforce metadata management, Git version control, and branching strategies.
• Experience establishing automated quality gates, security checks, and code coverage requirements.
• Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, or Salesforce CLI) to automate operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage Copado-driven automated release workflows and CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce teams to ensure efficient deployments.
• Understand Salesforce metadata and manage complex merge conflicts using Git and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Implement quality gates for security, test coverage, and static code analysis best practices.
• Implement change governance and communication for shared production infrastructure with multiple internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and enforce version control and branching strategies using Git and Copado to maintain consistency across environments.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into Copado release pipelines.
• Monitor release performance and system health using Salesforce tools and identify bottlenecks.

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and securing release processes across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will focus on the continuous improvement of established Copado-driven automated release workflows across Salesforce teams while supporting integration points with cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Copado, Salesforce metadata management, and CI/CD pipelines will drive efficient deployments and support robust release workflows. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to establish a reliable, scalable, and secure environment with an emphasis on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, or Salesforce CLI) to automate operational workflows.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AWS DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Experience with secondary CI/CD pipeline automation tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Salesforce Deployment Lifecycle and Deployment Architect or Administrator certifications.
