Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Salesforce ARM Technical Lead to oversee the technical architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will lead the development of high performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex use cases while ensuring best practices are followed.

Your role includes providing technical guidance to developers, optimizing application performance, and leading modernization efforts. Experience with Salesforce Apex and LWC is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Technical Lead for Salesforce ARM solutions.
• Own end to end technical architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
• Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solution quality.
• Design and develop high performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex ARM use cases.
• Build reusable, modular UI components aligned to Salesforce UX guidelines.
• Optimize front end performance, client server communication, and Apex interactions.
• Lead modernization initiatives (Aura / Visualforce - LWC).
