Job Description

• Agent / Service + Health Cloud: Support Reps supporting Patients and Providers
• Patient / Experience + Health Cloud: For Patients engaged in therapies and treatments
• Seller / Sales Cloud: For Field Sales Reps supporting Providers
• Data Services / Data Cloud + Health Cloud + Integrations: For data migrations/externals systems integrating to Salesforce

Core Skills:

Consulting Expertise:

• Lead client conversations and workshops
• Design solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Take direction from Core Business Architect
• Support squad activities in requirements traceability, functionality, etc.
• Coordinate with Squad QA Analyst for testing and defect tracking

Salesforce Expertise:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce solutions and architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models
• Experience implementing HIPAA compliance
• Proven expertise in large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Salesforce Certifications: Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript, Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Architect, AI Specialist (a plus)

Industry Experience:

• At least 3+ years in Pharmacy or Life Sciences industry
• Understanding healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and compliance (HIPAA, PHI data security)
• Familiarity with Provider Networks, Claims Processing, and Patient Journeys
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHI, GxP, CSV)
