Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer for a hybrid role in the United States (Washington, DC area). The position requires hands-on Apex and LWC development, OmniStudio expertise, and secure delivery in a federal environment.

Travel to client sites 1-2 days per week is expected, with potential on-site during rollout activities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Salesforce, 3+ years in architecture, and active clearance (Public Trust).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years of architect experience
• 3+ years of OmniStudio experience (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors)
• Experience with MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with federal security frameworks (NIST, FISMA, ATO) and secure development practices

Responsibilities

• Perform daily hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, debugging, and enhancement delivery
• Lead architecture and secure delivery of scalable solutions in a federal environment

Our client seeks a Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer to lead hands-on development, architecture, and secure delivery in a federal environment. The role requires expert-level Salesforce engineering, OmniStudio, integrations, DevSecOps, and production support. The professional will design and ship scalable solutions, resolve platform issues, and guide standards while coding daily in Apex and LWC. Experience with federal security frameworks and CI/CD is important. AI and Salesforce Einstein capabilities are .

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States or Permanent with an active Public Trust clearance. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Perform daily hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, debugging, and enhancement delivery.


• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, validation rules, triggers, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.


• Build and enhance OmniStudio assets including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and UI/UX.


• Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, analysts, security, and integration teams to translate needs into technical solutions.


• Create and maintain technical and integration documentation and knowledge transfer materials.


• Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, with MuleSoft .


• Lead solution architecture while contributing code, fixes, and deployments.


• Design for scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and usability.


• Define and uphold coding standards and best practices.


• Align solutions with federal security requirements including NIST, FISMA, and ATO controls.


• Implement secure development practices, role-based security, MFA-aware design, RBAC, and SSO.


• Conduct code reviews, vulnerability remediation, deployment readiness, and secure releases.


• Support CI/CD, version control, and Azure DevOps/Git-based deployments within an SDLC.


• Support Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation where appropriate.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.


• 3+ years of architect experience.


• 3+ years of strong OmniStudio experience across OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.


• Proven experience as a hands-on architect or senior developer actively coding daily.


• Integration experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.


• Experience with Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agentforce, or AI-assisted workflow automation .


• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II required. Salesforce OmniStudio Developer strongly . Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect required.
