The role focuses on OmniStudio/OmniScript, integration strategies, and governance to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Salesforce experience, hands-on architecture and development skills, and strong collaboration with federal stakeholders in Agile settings.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support large-scale federal Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives. This individual will lead architecture, solution design, and technical delivery efforts across Salesforce platforms while collaborating closely with federal stakeholders, development teams, and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on Salesforce architecture experience, strong knowledge of public sector environments, and expertise with OmniStudio/OmniScript solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture and solution design for federal programs
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with government compliance requirements
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development teams and implementation projects
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools including OmniScript
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
• Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical documentation, and deployment planning
• Mentor developers and junior team members on Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with progressive responsibility in architecture and solution design
• Hands‑on Salesforce architecture and development experience
• Strong experience with OmniStudio tools, including OmniScript
• Experience with:
• Apex
• Integration patterns and APIs
• Experience Cloud
• Experience supporting federal government or public sector Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governance best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
