Job summary

Touchpoints is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead large-scale implementation projects in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will design enterprise Salesforce solutions, mentor teams, and ensure architectural integrity across clouds such as Experience, Service, and Public Sector Solutions.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience and a total of 12+ years in software development.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Experience, Service, Public Sector Solutions etc.,) preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Available to work in an onsite environment.
• Excellence in technical documentation and communication
