Job summary

Themesoft Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards.

You will engage executives to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary delivery team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include guiding architecture, driving workshops, participating in RFPs, and delivering roadmaps with accurate estimations.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise technology standards.
• Engage with business stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Salesforce delivery team for high-quality delivery and growth.
• Drive requirement gathering sessions, solution workshops, and backlog grooming.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses, architecture reviews, solution estimations, and proposal creation.
• Provide accurate effort estimations, resource planning, cost assessments, and delivery roadmaps.
• Build and demonstrate POCs to evaluate Salesforce capabilities and integration approaches.
• Establish best practices for coding standards, security, governance, and scalability.
• Lead deployment planning, release management, CI/CD implementation, and production rollout activities.
• Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams for successful outcomes.
• Coach junior architects, developers, and administrators through technical guidance and reviews.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
