Job Title: Salesforce AI Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (Must sit in the EST time zone)

Employment Type: Direct Hire (no C2C or 1099)

Starting salary of $120,000+ per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce AI Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong communication skills, and deep familiarity with Salesforce AI tools and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Einstein GPT, and other integrated AI platforms.
• Design and maintain custom Apex classes, LWC code generation, and Flows that incorporate AI-driven features.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or optimization through AI technologies.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for Einstein GPT and custom GPT models.
• Monitor AI solution performance and retrain or adjust models as needed to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all AI implementations in Salesforce.
• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce AI tools (Einstein Copilot, Prompt Studio, Model Builder).
• Fine-tune Salesforce native AI models using Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Einstein GPT, Prompt Studio or Salesforce-integrated AI tools.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, NLP, and working with AI/ML APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, API integrations, and Data Cloud.
• Certification(s) Platform Developer I, AI Associate, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, or Certified Administrator.
