Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Member of Technical Staff to blend software development and quality engineering on the Salesforce Platform. You’ll apply AI/GenAI to accelerate development and test automation, owning end-to-end quality in a hybrid Dev + QA model.

You will design scalable Salesforce apps, implement robust test strategies, and collaborate with architects, engineers and product owners to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Hands-on experience building on Salesforce and Apex/Visualforce.
• Strong Java/Python/C/C++ coding background with QE focus.

Responsibilities

• Build applications on Salesforce with a holistic mindset.
• Design scalable web frameworks for desktop and mobile.
• Create test suites with 100% coverage and automated tests in Java/Apex.
• Use AI/GenAI tools to speed coding, reviews, and test generation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and product owners.
