Job summary

Holmes Murphy is hiring a Salesforce Administrator II to join the IT team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role focuses on configuring the Salesforce platform, delivering new functionality, and enhancing user experiences for employees and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years Salesforce experience, familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and a Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years Salesforce experience; knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce: page layouts, lightning pages, record types, approval processes, apps and flow.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions with strong user experience.
• Support enterprise apps (HMA Foundation, Shareholder, Marketing Cloud).
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely support.
• Assist with new user setup, data cleansing, reports and dashboards.
